Our Installation Crew

The shower looks great. Very happy with that. Some scheduling issues caused me to have to take an extra day off, and the installer that worked on the plumbing downstairs tore the storage room door off the hinges, stripping the screw holes. He did not tell me about this and I only discovered it days later.

The Cleanup Process

I'd have appreciated them sweeping up the tile floor after the demo, and of course the storage room door hanging off wasn't great.

What made you choose our company:

The sales person, Alex, presented us with only what we wanted and didn't waste our time at all. After several competitors insisted on long winded sales pitches and weirdly uncomfortable pleas ("this is how I feed my kids" being an actual quote), the straight forward pitch was appreciated.
