Challenge
An apartment complex in Grandview, MO called Stoneybrooks South, had hired Arrow Renovation to do some work on their flat roof.
Solution
The home improvement team at Arrow Renovation started out by power washing and cleaning 6,700 square feet of the existing roof. The crew replaced all rotten decking. Arrow Renovation installed 60 mil. TPO flat roofing and used Gacoflex SF42 Seamseal solvent-free silicone sealant. All old product and debris were hauled away.
