For this project, the Arrow Renovation team made it out to Lawrence, Kansas to give this household options on their bathroom remodel. Brand new Schluter product will be installed to line the shower space and keep the area free from water damage. Brand new tile shower walls and a new bathtub will be installed to update the space. We will also add a custom Wedi shower niche with a shelf. We are ready to help modernize the bathroom for this individual.

Arrow Renovation was out in Lawrence, Kansas to help give this customer the vision for their bathroom project. The space is in desperate need of new paint on the walls, so we will use the popular Behr painting product. We will also install a new tile floor with the Home Depot brand Michaelangelo Calacatta product. The non-porous Mapei acrylic grout will also be installed in "Rain" color. 

A customer in Lawrence, KS had a water leak. Arrow Renovation's home improvement team evaluated the issue. We installed 114 linear feet of 6" seamless gutters. We also put up 112 linear feet 3"x4" downspouts. The customers were very pleased.

A client in Lawrence, KS had water issues that were caused by their roof. After Arrow Renovation identified the problem was one of the back slopes of the roof, we pulled back all the shingles and removed and replaced the flashing as needed. We also added new underlayment and ice and water to make sure we were fully taken care of in all water prevention.

Arrow Renovation had a large project in Lawrence, KS that consisted of many exterior products. The crew tore down the old siding and put up James Hardie fiber cement siding. We also installed wood battens where the metal battens existed on the home. The dental trim was removed and additional board and batten siding was added over the garage area.

There were also stacked stone with a brick ledge on the front of the home to wrap the corners. 11 new interior door slabs were installed with new hardware. Also 4 prehung doors and 1 prehung closet door.

Arrow Renovation had a customer in Lawrence, KS that needed several projects done to their home. The first was to choose the siding that they wanted and the colors for the trim. They chose slate for the lap siding, bone for the trim and rye for the shake siding. The home improvement team at Arrow installed 30 squares of CraneBoard vinyl siding. We also put in window, entry door and garage door trim. The customer is very pleased with their home improvement and now in the process of choosing a roof style and color that will compliment the siding installed.

Arrow's home improvement crew installed new 6" seamless Gutters that consisted of 170 linear feet. The customer chose a charcoal gray color. We also installed 120 linear feet of 3x4 downspouts and elbows. So solve the existing problem of clogged gutters, we provided the customer with bronze colored Bulldog gutter guards to keep out all the debris.

Arrow Renovation installed a new roof for customer in Lawrence, KS. These shingles were Owens Corning. We also installed ridge vents and ice and water shield. The customer was pleased that we got the job done ahead of schedule.
