Client filed an insurance claim with their insurance company to replace the roof and siding. Arrow was able to work with the insurance company and the customer to complete this job. In addition, Arrow performed asbestos testing on the interior of the house and added gutters on the exterior.

The homeowner wanted to update their kitchen for a more open and modern look, so they contacted Arrow to make sure they got exactly what they were hoping for. Our contractors knocked out the wall between the kitchen and the dining room to give it a more spacious feel. Then, we installed new flooring, a custom island to fit the space, granite counter tops, and brand new cabinets. The homeowner also wanted to add a downstairs bathroom to increase their home value. We put up new walls for the bathroom and installed new flooring, a new shower, a new toilet, and a vanity area. After this project was finished, it was like the homeowners had two brand new rooms in their home!

The homeowners realized that the old roof on their home needed replacement. They contacted Arrow Renovation, and our roofers tore off their old roof, and replaced it. The new roof was equipped with Owens Corning duration shingles, complete with a lifetime warranty. Once the roof was completed the home looked almost brand new!

Arrow Renovation had a home improvement project in Basehor, KS. Our team installed Alside Charter Oak Dutch-Maple Vinyl Siding. This consisted of 20 squares. The Alside maple fascia and soffit needed was 184 feet. Arrow also installed 5" gutters and downspouts that were beaver brown in color. The last thing we did was installing a window in the master bathroom. It was classic oak interior laminate on white exterior. The Basehor resident was very happy with the work that Arrow Renovation did.

Arrow had a customer in Leavenworth, KS who needed new 5" seamless gutters and 3x4 downspouts. We also removed damaged fascia and soffit and installed LP Primed fascia and soffit.

Home is Basehor, KS wanted a ceiling system installed on to the deck to cover all the boards below the roof. Arrow Renovation had a project in Basehor, KS. The home had some wood rot and other damage that needed repaired. The crew installed LP  primed soffit along with vented vinyl soffit. Vinyl fascia wrap was also put up. We also installed 6" seamless gutters.

A customer in Leavenworth, KS needed better flow of water through the their gutters. Arrow Renovation installed 105 linear feet of 6" seamless gutters, 65 linear feet of downspouts and 15 K-style B elbows.
