A home in Olathe, KS had some shingles on the roof that were missing and Arrow Renovation replaced them. The home improvement team installed LP Primed 4 x 8 Flat siding where there had been wood rot and installed 6" gutters and downspouts.

Arrow Renovation tackled a job that was a lot of exterior work. We ordered all the products that needed installed. This consisted of fiber cement siding, soffit, fascia, window trim, door trim, garage door, gutters, downspouts and paint.

Arrow Renovation had a project in Olathe, KS that had multiple tasks. We replaced cedar steps that had wood rot, power washed the exterior siding and painted the fascia of the home.

Arrow Renovation was called upon to replace old wood on a porch in Olathe, KS. The existing center posts were removed and replaced with 6x6 cedar posts for the railing. The posts were notched at the bottom and lag bolted to the concrete porch opposite of the existing bolts. The old railing was removed and replaced with cedar 2x4 top and bottom cap with 2x2 cedar pickets in between.

The new wood trim was installed on the vinyl siding to hide the old rails. The new railing, posts and remaining two posts were prepped, primed and painted white. This customer visited Arrow at the Home & Remodeling Show at the Overland Park Convention Center and were very happy with the work.

Arrow tore off the old siding and put up new Craneboard vinyl siding. We also installed solid painted soffit and fascia. Arrow put in two pre-hung exterior back doors and new gutters. The home owner was very happy with everything.

A home in Olathe, KS had a deck that needed some attention. Arrow fulfilled these tasks by adding Screen-Eze which brings indoor living to the great outdoors. It keeps the bugs out while still feeling the nice outdoor breeze. Arrow's crew also powerwashed the deck and stained it with semi-gloss walnut. The Screen-Eze framing was bronze color.

Arrow had a customer in Olathe, KS that needed a flat roof repair on a balcony patio. Arrow cut out a 7x7 area on the southeast corner of the flat roof, then removed a metal cap, replaced the rotten decking under the metal. Our crew then installed new decking in the 7x7 area and applied elostomeric coat (grey color) from gutter to gutter.

Our crew need to remove and replace rotted 2x6's and 2x8's around the front bay windows. We eliminated seal plate below the bay and above it to install taller material. Also removed the lower roof vents.

The homeowners suffered hail damage to their roof, and sought out assistance to repair it. Arrow Renovation helped them to not only repair the damage to their roof, but also file the claim with the homeowner's insurance provider. Our representative worked with the claims adjuster to determine the homeowner's coverage and give them a roof to weather the hail storms to come. 

This homeowner contacted Arrow to get their siding and garage door replaced. The exterior experts at Arrow faced no challenge with this task and were able to complete it very efficiently! 

Arrow was contacted by the homeowner after a hailstorm badly damaged their house. We worked with their insurance company to help negotiate a claim, including an additional ice and water shield for the roof due to city requirements for the home. As experts in roofing, our contractors had no problems completing this roof tear off and replacement for the Olathe home. 

Customers came to Arrow Renovation and Construction hoping to re-do their kitchen after water damage. We were able to install new flors, granite countertops, a new sink, new lighting, backsplashes (in the master bathroom as well), and wall painting. The customers also requested landscaping assistance and powerwashing/painting of their deck. They were happy with the results!
