Remodeling Case Studies: Drywall, Door and Window Casings and Electrical Installed in Basement of Riverside, MO Home

A customer in Riverside, Missouri was wanting to finish their basement so Arrow Renovation went to the home and took photos and measurements.

The client currently had the basement split off into two different rooms. One as a shop area and another room as a living room/bar area. As the owner was pretty handy himself there was only certain parts of the project we took over. We added a total of twelve outlets throughout the basement along with two dedicated GFCI's for his shop area. After we finished the electrical throughout we hung, mudded and sanded sheet rock throughout to make it paint ready for the owner. We added casing throughout the windows and walkout door to finish the project for the owner.
