This project needed repair and replacement work on the roof, gutters, garage door, and decks. The house and decks were repainted as well. The challenge of this project was to meet and beat the 2-week window due to the owner's house being sold. The owner's house was having issues with their insurance coverage, with the company selling the owner short.
Arrow Renovation not only met the deadline, but was able to complete all projects and satisfy the customer's needs all while keeping the owner within his deductible. Our company finished the job prior to the 2-week deadline, and the owner was able to move forward with the selling of the property.
