Roof Replacement Case Studies: IKO Roof Installed at Home in Ottawa, KS

Challenge

A customer in Ottawa, KS needed a new roof. The existing roof will be removed and replaced via the RCV insurance. Upon removal of the existing roof and other damaged sheathing we stopped and showed the home owner what needs to be replaced and create a change order to be approved by the owners.

Solution

Arrow installed the new roof with IKO Vintage Green shingles with a Green drip edge. We also put synthetic underlayment, ice and water and valleys. Additional materials that Arrow used were a new chimney flashing, ridge cap and "W" flashing.
