Challenge
A project in Parkville, MO consisted of tearing off the existing roofing, install synthetic under layment, new drip edge, new valley metal, new vents and install new shingles. Arrow Renovation will do all the work per insurance scope for the RCV totals.
Solution
Arrow Renovation installed 5 rolls of Ice & Water Shield, new gutters, downspouts and gutter covers. The roofing was 36 squares of Owens Corning Oakridge Estate Gray asphalt shingles. Arrow's crew also installed a skylight on the roof of the Parkville, MO home.
