Since they had a shower and tub in their master and the tub was in great shape still we kept the tub but removed all tile surround in tub and shower. We replaced the shower valve and head on the shower but not before we installed a completely custom schulter shower with shower pan. We then framed out an almost four-foot wide shower niche to make sure the husband and wife could have everything they may ever need in that shower.

Arrow Renovation had a client with water damage from an upstairs bathroom, Since the upstairs bathroom leaked down into the entrance from the garage we had a couple of issues. We first had to patch the sheetrock and do a known down the patch to blend it with the rest of the room. We then did have hardwoods that were damaged in the process so we tore those up and placed a nice sleek-looking dark gray tile at the entrance to be extremely durable for years to come. We then replaced some trim and painted the entrance to make it look fresh again.

Arrow Renovation had a customer in Shawnee, KS who wanted new safe railings put on their front porch. Arrow installed new composite rails and continuing down the steps to the drive. This was a Trex stair railing with an ADA railing bar. The crew also installed Bulldog leaf guards to all gutters of the home.
