Siding Case Studies: Exterior Transformation on Home in Olathe, KS

A home in Olathe, KS needed a lot of exterior work and Arrow Renovation was able to take the project on. Old wood rot siding, trim, gutters, downspouts and shingles needed to be removed and replaced. Fascia and soffit had some wood rot and needed replaced also.

The home improvement team at Arrow Renovation, installed new 6" gutters all around. With all of the wood rot, the crew put up some LP Smooth SmartSiding. The window trim had wood rot and Arrow replaced it and then painted white. This home also had some shingles on the roof that were missing and Arrow Renovation replaced them. LP Primed 4 x 8 Flat siding installed in areas that had wood rot. Along with the gutters, we also put up 3x4 downspouts.
