Monday, January 20th, 2020 by James Bohon

Arrow Renovation was called upon by the Grandview Gateway Strip Mall in Grandview, MO. The strip mall needed many different renovations. There was damaged wood on the fence and pickets around the trash areas, fascia and soffit under above the walkway and damaged windows at the Sprint store.

Arrow's home improvement team replaced the fence with cedar in the back and composite in the front. We removed and replaced the gates and the pickets with Veranda Gray Cape Cod composite pickets. These were 69 inches in height. The crew added two rows of rails to attach the new pickets as well as three double gates. On the east side of the building the crown molding above the bump out needed to be replaced. In front of the Acupuncture store, the front column was damaged and was repaired with 2x8x8 smooth LP siding trim. Also, the window facing the east at the Sprint store needed 2x10 trim replaced along with three new windows. The Rent A Center also had wood rot and Arrow replaced 20 linear feet  of siding with LP smooth siding.
